My clutch started slipping towards the top of the power band. It is probably the original (1990) and should be replaced, but im in college = no money. Temporary fix or adjust?
If your gonna have to pull the side cover off i would just replace them, you can get them cheap at www.rockymountainmc.com Get the tusk clutch its cheap, an i know poeple that run it in there drag banshee so it must be good.

Should i go for the one with or without H/D springs? Its a $5 difference...I plan on big mods soon after i sell my boat so it might be a good idea to beef up the clutch, right?

get the HD springs and run 3 regular and 3 HD. Make sure you alternate when you put them in though.
