how do you get the sleeve removed and get another one back in?

if u are not famailar with doing this.......take it to a shop and have someone do it for you.......theres quite a few things involved that only someone who has done it will no why lol

this isn't a job for the average DIY guy, take it to a reputable machine shop and have it done. if you're doing a BB kit see if one of the builders on here can do it and then have the ports ported to match
