Hi so im selling alot of bike and quad spares i have and i won't use again. il have about £250/$400 and looking to upgrade my stock shocks. what's the best ones that would bolt straight on and would fit the stock a Arms ? also does the 400 ex rear shock bolt straight on ?

lool :p but would elkas fit on the stock a arms?

If there made for a blaster and there standard travel, yeah they'll bolt right on. I myself would never buy new shocks, there just too expensive. You can find used elka's or axis shocks that'll cost you less then half of what new ones cost! My front and rear axis cost me $625 compared to almost $3000 for new! Just gotta be patient and keep your eyes open

yeah man. well the plan is to sell all my spares which should fetch me about £200. plus £200 for xbox which gives me £400. im going to be reselling the horsebox im going for tomorrow for about £500 plus i have £300 sitting here. so il be able to get elkas,my DMC exhaust and pro peg nerf bars . which is costing about £1200. but if i get used elkas they will be alot cheaper just trying to find used ones in my area.

Sounds like a good plan, just be patient and something will come along

yeah dude i amn't in a hurry. the first thing i will be getting is suspension as its the most important thing i need to use my local track. but theres HSL Elite custom made shocks for blaster on ebay for £360 delivered to the uk. plus £200 for a rear works shock. so thats the other option until i can afford elkas.

There are nice shocks out there besides elka's. Works, Axis, PEP, Ohlin's are all great shocks. As long as there not blown and the valvings close to your weight and riding style they'll all work great.
