So I decided to bite the bullet and buy new front shocks. Works or Elka? Does anyone have any input. I only want to do this once!!

i have stage 3 elkas and the ride is soooooo much better cant even compare to the stocks i havent tried any works but i can speak for elkas i may have mine for sale soon if i decide to partout

cant speak for the elkas, except the expensive part, but had works dual rate steelers on 2 different bikes now, brand new ones on my 96 back in the day, and used ebay ones now, and couldnt see myself ever riding without them
stephen has a set of almost brand new elka stage ones for sale, help a bro out and save a little chedder.................

well i have a 400ex rear shock with a 4" extended rear swingarm. I dont plan to redo that so i am thinking to be compatible with that I am thinking stage 1 elkas or dual rate works. $450.00 - $500.00. Sure would like to make a combo deal on the a arms and the elkas?

I have decided to go shocks only as My bike barely fits in our trailer when we travel!! 6 quads at a time and wheel to wheel!! I would like to go wider but then I am traveling in the truck instead of the trailer!! Sooo- Any used Elkas or Works out there for sale!! It seems like there were several before I started looking.

you might actually find yourself going faster over-all round a track at least because it handles rather than what youve done to the motor, on the flip side if you looking for thrills theres no substitute for HP mmmmmm.

As we got older a very good friend who has since passed away used to be able to take a bike with stock power and outrun us all!! He would always say to spend money on suispension first!! It doesnt matter how much power you have, you have to get it to the ground!! But on the other hand, I would build a motor that nobody could keep on the pipe and Max would go out and dominate with it!!

nice, i would love to have som nice front shock to go with my 250r back shock. it feels so uneven landing a jump becuase i feel nothing on my legs but my arms take so much abuse lol.

yo look into a pair of mojave shocks they bolt on (besides a little grindin) used on ebay as low as $20 minus shipin, i heard good things bout themI:I
