Shearer Custom Pipe Inc

I got the Shearer Custom pipe tonight and it should huge gains in the bottom end to midrange. It is the best trail Blaster pipe I ever tested. I did dyno runs on it and took it out on the trails on it rocked. I then put my trail/head design and it felt like it had 40 plus horsepower with a trail port job…. Will not work as good as the Vito pipe on a 240c kit; the Vit pipe is a bigger volume pipe.
I will post the data on the Shearer pipe soon…
I will sell the Shearer pipe new and you would just have to paint it for $290 and Chrome not nickel for $390

ok, so does this come with a silencer? I dont have much money now but i was looking into a pipe eventually, and if it doesnt come with a silencer i was gonna get a stocker, does that sound like a good combo? would a shearer with a stock silencer be quieter than my full fmf?

the head piece only makes the power not noise...the sound difference comes from the silencer...so it wont sound completly stock but it wont sound like a beast either

eh with just a 304 silencer it was ok once i put on the fatty header it had a nasty tone

Yeah i got just the full fmf. It was just repacked and its still pretty f*cking loud. Thats why im thinkin' if i ever get a shearers, ill strip a stock silencer, have that chromed, then reassmble, sound like a plan?

that would be because he specifically designed the shearer pipe for the 200cc bore and its a "trail pipe" if you want a great bb pipe get the vito fat baster high volume pipe...

that would be because he hasnt run the pipe yet it takes a long time to do all this tuning and he will adventually get to it dont worry

oh yeah i am seriously considering it too im just waiting on the dyno charts this is a BRAND NEW pipe design so it should be interesting!!

true say true say. but i just want to see what it looks like. im confident that my dyno port is just as nice, and he's not proving it. hes only testing sh*ttier pipes against this "god" of a pipe as hes making it seem.

man you have no idea, hes puttin stuff in your head because you have nothing else to go by.

these kinds of tests are always biased, and this ones toward this shearer pipe, for obvious reasons. before im conviced this pipes acualy half as good as your showing it, proove it, up against a dyno port.

i know what i am talking about he never said that it would out perform your dynoport the shearer pipe is not meant for a 240kit so obviously i would not pick the shearer if i had a 240, but i am keeping my 200cc jug and i am not set on any one pipe untill he is finished with his testing which is the reason why he is doing this in the first place to help us all out..
have you pmed him yet about sending him your dyno port so he can do a dyno run on it i imagine hell hook you up with a portjob or something for letting him dyno it..

all in all i am waiting untill he is done with all the results then ill buy a pipe i am not biased in anyway and i cant wait to see the results!!!I:I
