was riding down the road in 4-5 gear decided to nail on the throttle, i did but the power didnt seem to be there... its got a full fmf exhaust k&n air filter open air box. could it be the carb?

i bought it and it had the open air box with the stock air filter and all i did was put a k&n on it. I have the lid should i put it back on
Clean air filter? Clean carb ? Jet size ? Leak down test? Compression test ? These are good things to check before posting so we will have more info to go on to help you. There's a lot of info on here to help you check the basics before starting a thread with very limited info on your problem.
