rusted swingarm bearings

Use a punch and beat the hell out of it.There is a spacer between those bearings.Push the spacer to the side and place the punch on the lip of the bearing. After a few hits move the punch about a 1/4 of the diameter and hit again.Keep moving it and repeating till it comes out. Also soak it in some pb blaster or penetrating oil the nightbefore and that will help out also.Good luck

heat it up. It doesnt have to be much. Just enough so the metal will expand and break the rust loose, then put somoe liquid wrench on it and get a socket that is the same size and then use a vice to press it out, if it fits. if it doesnt just use a hammer to hit the socket

How does a socket work.It must be a 12 inch deep socket to fit in there.I use a socket to put the new ones in but I don't see how it would help you get them out.

Buy a can of PB blaster and soak the bearing with it then let it sit overnight. Wipe it off in the morning then heat it up and it should tap right out.
