Running Rich PLEASE HELP

Is there ne thing that can make me run rich besides jets. Its only rich up to 1/8 throttle but it cant be the jet cause its a stocker all the way besides being bored 80 over. I even took the filter and lid off and turned the airscrew out 3.75 turns and it still gives me a rich plug plus it hesitates going into the powerband like its cold if i down shift into the powerband it will rip but not pulling into it

They seem to run richer on idle. I messed with mine but my plug is always wet just on idle. I think its somewhat of a 2 stroke thing.
