running half power

Hi i read up on these threads and have found some help from everyone here

i have a 98 blaster that ran well for a week and than crapped out we replaced the reeds and got it to turn over it runs but at like half power would be the best way for me to explain it. I'm not very experienced with 2 strokes but my buddies are it hits power band but its just not quite the same any informaion would be helpful thanks

compression? is it runnin lean?

make sure you don't have an air leak around the reed cage, and also check the compression
