Rubber Spacers??

What are the rubber spacers for that slide in to the cyd i have no clue what they are for and personaly i think it looks better with them out so i took mine out

They stop vibration. Fins can break sometimes.

yep, they absorb engine vibration wich can lead to broken cooling fins

i dont run mine and havent broke a fin yet.. has anybody broke a fin from not running them?

No broken fins here , but I do have a hyper flex vibe dampening powerband , those things are so awesome sometimes I think I could run her with no gas in the tank !

When my friend had his blaster, he ran it without them and he broke head fins...it wasn't pretty. He ragged that blaster out....wish i had pictures....

thanks for the info guys i have been running mine for a year with out them in and nothing broken should i just leave them out or put them back in

oh no another thing that will go wrong with my blaster they dont even fit on the la sleeve cylinder

Like everyone else has said, they stop vibration. Just because nothing has happened yet doesn't mean something won't happen in the near future. So you should put them back in. I know I would.
