Hey guys i was playing a little bit with a Javascript Gearing Calculator and i was wondering if i can figure out how much rpms my motor will push with the mods on my sig with out having to use a Dyno???:-/ I just want to know an estimate if any body could help it would be very helpful.

id give u around 9k maybe a bit more with perfect tuning

oh probally, i belive there is a thread where 8500 is the accepted rpms for a stock motor. so u add some motor work, carb exhaust, and proper tuning and it must be able to climb higher I:I

i belive he has a PA record at 83mph but thats in 500', you could always talk to him, hes a cool guy but dont expect any secrets givin away hahahaha

A drag blaster has to be next project! That (little) beast doing 83mph aint no game lol Im tryna make my blaster faster! The cheapest way!!! idk What else to do!! Rpm #'s came to mind because i wanna know whats the top speed on my bike.. The gearing calculator says At 9000 rpm's, 14/38 gearing, and 20'' tires im only doing 67 top speed!

67mph sounds about right, we have another member here names little3mill and his flotek dragger ran 4.81 secs at busco this summer setting a new track record. unfortunately though faster and cheap dont really go hand and hand lol

Yea i saw that build dude im her 24/7 lol... He has a nice bike, and i saw a couple vids id sounds beautiful with that override <3 Hahha. I put a previous thread about drag racing a buddy here on the forum and i think ima run stock balloons lol The race hasent bee setup due to my cylinder being cracked by the intake ports witch held us back a bit.. But we came to a conclusion that we are going to run it Cylinder has a bore left.. So fudge it lol

i dont do much 300' but ran a pile of 5.0's at busco with problems.

at BLAIR BEDFORD DIRT RACERS INC. 500' it has been 6.7 @ 83 mph. going to go faster in 2012 and faster yet in 2013.

this is with 15/33 gearing and 20" tires.

no sir, its just a honda 250r rear sprocket.

no, you need an aftermarket sprocket hub. smallest you can go a stock hub is 38 teeth. you can get an old banshee hub and get down to a 37 though.
