hey guys i juat talked to my uncle and he said its the rod bearings... i dont know where thats at im thinking the casing but if i have to crack that open its not happening.. ill call the shop but what do they do and stuff.. and i went threw water could that cause these to go bad

Going through water could cause hydrolock but generally that bends the rod so unless you submerged it or run a filter right off the carb I doubt its an issue from going through water.did it run ok before the water incident?if it is in fact a rod bearing you'll be better off just buying a new crank and rod assembly especially if you're not doing the labor.to get the rod off you got to seperate the crank and rebalance it on assembly which is more labor.
