i might be getting a blaster that needs rings. it has a vitos piston. i know how to do rings but this being my first blaster is there anything special i have to do when i tear into it or put it back together?

If you have done rings before there will most likely be no suprises. Blaster's are tough and simple- all you will need to do is the standard things like check the bore (to see if it needs to be bored), the head, hone the cylinder, put on new rings and gaskets, break it in, and have some fun. I:I
make sure when you order the rings for your piston that you get the right ones, vitos has pistons made by wiseco and by vitos, they take different rings, the number/letters of the top of the piston will tell you which piston you have
i advise you use thier forged piston not that junk cast one that comes with the kit. i've seen alot of people on here that have had problems or know someone that has had problems with them breaking the piston skirts off. but thats just my opinion.
