definately dosent sound good, did you put the piston in backwards? my friend did that one time and it f*cked his bike up.

yupp....i did.. did the 15min idle type things...4-5 times...

yeah after rebuilds i always go through a couple tanks of gas before riding really hard.

u are running super lean ....or bad pre ignition to fry the plug like that

Was that a new plug? Holy that thing got HOT! The center electrode looks like it's gone! You must have a severe air leak etc.

Wowz! Detonation kills engines, and there's all the proof you'll ever need. Hate to say it, but its time to pull your head an have a look in there. An engine which got that hot probably either has a scored cylinder, or perhaps even a hole burnt through the piston. Not good.
