Every now and then when I`m going fast and start slowing down my idle stays revved to the sky so I turn my key off so the idle comes back down and then turn it back on before it dies and its fine. I have my cable lubed really good and have the tors removed correctly. It only does this every now and then though. I really need to get a clutch kit and fix my clutch because it slips really bad! Could this have anything to do with it? thanks

try adjusting the air screw on the carb ( left side) its the one that has the flathead screwdriver slot.. try adjust that when it revs really high

If its not those, it could very well be your clutch. If your riding and then it revs, that means the clutch may not have fully disengaged. The air screw would be the last thing i would check. First check for air leaks then move to clutch, if its not that then go to air screw.
