Went out to Gladwin trails, came back washed her up, took about 12 kicks to get her started then after about 10 seconds it makes a werid noise and starts reving high? Any ideas?

Check that your throttle is not sticking then check for air leaks. Check that your carb is clamped down good. If you still have the TOR's on your carb, make sure it tight and the threads are not stripped .
try turning your air screw in 1 full turn ( its the screw on the choke side of the carb twords the back)
throttle might be stuck, while it was stuck gas flooded the carb causing it not to start, check for a pinched throttle cable also this happened to me.
all of the above, most likely an air leak causing the hard to start, i'd take the carb off and clean it also in case you blew some water into it while washing or got some dirt stuck in the slide
