my blaster wont rev any higher than idle. i can flutter it a bit to a little higher rpm but anytime i push the throttle in it dies. it ran fine last time i had it out about 3 weeks ago and now it doesnt seem to want to.

tors or parking brake sensor, it just cuts out right? if its one of those issues once you rev past idle it will stall or come close to stalling, pretty common problems, if it was a broken reed it would barely idle if at all, i would doubt it would even start, same with a fouled plug

yeah i was gonna let the new guys have that one. at least they were tryin

ive seen this very problem air on here like ten times and everytime i told em to check the tors or the parking brake sensor they fix the issue, and its happened to me twice. lot of the new guys get overzealous and consider something big and expensive right away haha, i have leaned over the years 99% of all problems are something simple like that and cost nothing or $.45 to fix

turns out it was the tors unplugged and now it runs perfectly i figured it coulnt be the carbs cause it was fine last time and its idled perfectly and could gfet higher revs if i flutter it and my yamaha snowmobile had the same prolem a week ago with the tors so i fgured id check that first and turns out that was the problem!

and thank you guys for all the input i posted the problem then went and looked at it in my garage and when i came back to post nevermind i figured it out there was already multiple responses. just showing how helpful everyone is on here, thanks guys
