Got rid of the 2000 explorer tonight, as mileage suuuucked!!! Traded it to a buddy for one of his neons... Yes neons are gay buy the gas mileage rocks!


95 sohc 5 speed, semi solid motor mounts, boogers shifter bushings, msd coil, msd wires, cold air intake, mid lenght header, 2.5 inch cat back exhaust, mopar performance ecu, projector headlights, carbon fiber tail lights, black chrome paarking lights, blacked out marker lights, clarion cd player all after market speakers,


And the kicker... 97k miles!!!!! snappy little car, and rated at 29 city 38 highway mpg!!! Needs a few things to be they way I would like it.. The steelie wheels need to go, and needs a little louder muffler ( stock dohc muffler). The 15 mpg city in the explorer was killin me! Plus the neons got a hitch so I can haul the wheeler I'd post a picture but its a pita on my phone

About all it would be good for is bracket, and bracket racing is about as exciting and wackin off with razor. Blades an rock salt... Just a snappy daily driver that gets good gas mileage..

I loved the explorer, roomy, torquey 4.0 4x4.. But horrible gas mileage.. Only got like 3 mpg more than my wifes 94 suburban 350 4x4 heavy half ton on 33s

I used to be like that.had a new ride every month. I'm trying to find A deal to flip my truck for now.almost had a trade for a s10 with 20's,lowered ,custom blue flake pant. Sweet as he'll looking rolling down the road. Get up close and start looking at it and you'll see it's a POS. I would say worth about $1000. It's a shame.
