Hey i have had a lot of people help me, and i never understood how to give rep then i was looking at other peoples posts, and all of a sudden, i started seeing 3 symbols below everbodys names so i gave yb200 a rep, and then went to give other people reps,but the symbols disappered. So do you have to have rep power before you can give rep?

no, but you can only give so many reps a day, 1 maybe???
