rep power??

What does it really mean. Is it good or bad and how do u get it. Like I got rep power not saying if its agood thing or not but I don't know how I got it? I knowi come on here an try to help people out an stuff. I know I'm not an expert I'm just sharing infofrom the stuff I've learned from here an on my own.

u can only give rep if u have rep. to give it u click the little bullseye lookin thing beneath the avatar, beside the online/offline status. u choose how much to give. max u can give is however much u have. if its not good (green) or bad (red) rep its because the person who gave it had no rep. to see how much u have go to user cp
