I am trying to remove it but I can't get the bushing out of the case so I can put my block plate on, what's the best way to get it out?

Also what's the best way to plug the carb where the oil was injected?

My blaster locked up for no reason 3 days after I got it that why I removed it I dot like oil pumps I would rather premix that's why I removed it. I got the pin out but now the seal is stuck on there how can I get it off. I still need to plug the carb somehow

Okay, I got the seal off, so now I just need to know a good ways to plug the hole where it was injected into the carb.

Most kits come with a cap for the carb. I had problems with mine. I would clean the nipple real good and spooge some silicon or JB Weld in it. Some use a short piece of the hose with a screw and silicon, tho I wouldn't.

Fill a cap with silicone or some sort of sealant and press it onto the brass nipple.

A length of hose blocked off with a screw is prone to come off.

It wasn't your oil injection system. VERY unlikely. How did you determine it was the oil injection system that caused your bike to lock up?
How did you repair / get your blaster "unlocked"?
Hows your jetting?
I would leak check that engine to determine that it doesn't have any un-known leaks that can cause a lean condition.
