Rejetting after oil injection removal

so I am new to all this read through various topics and can not find a positive answer after I install a injection block off kit do I need to do anything with the carb again I am new to this and do not know much about jetting and adjusting air mixture

just make sure you block off where the oil injection line entered the carb, ct the hose about an inch or two and use a little silicon in it and a screw that fits tight, then silicon over it, or a vacuum cap from autozone, and no rejetting needed for the blockoff
