BOYESEN dual stage carbon fiber.I think there the best on the market right now and run about 50 bones.

I have used both, they seem to perform the same.

I am running the Vitos at present and I am happy with them.

When fitting, toss the metal bar and fit the stock reed stops, may stop premature breakage and reed flutter.

Leak test after fitting to the motor.

what do you mean the metal bar

They come with a metal bar which you put the screws through to fit them, don't use it, use the stock stops.

Put a little blue loctite on the screws, to stop them coming out.

I agree with blaaster, somewhere around 280 for the main should be perfect. Jet kits are usually overpriced and rarely have the range of sizes you'll need. For example as blaaster said you should get from 250-290 and jet kits jump everywhere with sizes (250,260,300,320,330 etc. ) I am running the vito's carbon flex reeds as well and they are a huge improvement over stock, don't pay more then $30 for them, I got mine brand new with screws for under $30 on ebay.

do you have to rejet with diffrent reeds

Kit includes #290, #300, #310, #320, #330, & #340 Main Jets, #30 Pilot, custom needle & float bowl gasket.

As you can see the only thing you need here could be the gasket.

No need to re-jet for reeds.

I bought 6 (260-310) from a guy on ebay for $13 shipped. It was a listing like this MIKUNI 4/042 main jets hex head , NOS , VM | eBay . I just bid $5 on the auction, won and then asked about getting 3 more. He agreed to $13 shipped for the set. They aren't name brand and some people caution about non brand name jets having varying sizing. Most other places I've checked are at least $3 for generic and $5.50 each for name brand and $5 to $10 extra for shipping.

I've never used them myself but I've heard good things about them. I don't see how there would be a big difference between the boysen pro series and the vito's carbon flex other then $20 haha
