Hey guys, I just got into my reeds and noticed one has a small crack in it. Just wondering if that really affects anything. Thanks!

replace it befor it breaks i suggest the boysen dule stage

mine dident i reused the old one i just put some permitex on it to help it seal

looks like these would work, but i dont understand why these have a little overhang on the sides? Do i have to cut them out?

no do not cut them there is 2 parts and that is pretty mutch what i have except mine art the pro ones and there aboul 50 bucks

not in power i did nottice it in throttle responce

just make sure you put the factory reed stops back on. reeds break a lot without them

it is like valves in a 4 stroke motor. when the piston pulls air on the down stroke it opens the reeds, and when the piston pushes upward it slams the reeds closed to keep from pushing air back through the carb

With these new reeds, would you recommend re jetting?

you usualy dont have to re jet for reeds
