Im just about to ready to put my blaster completly back together. Should i put it into a roller first then drop the motor in or put the motor in first then put the a arm and swinger/carrier/axle on? Also at what point should i run all the wiring and cable im guessing after the motor is in but could be wrong. Also the top end is off the motor should i put it back on before or after the motor is in the frame. which of these methods is the easiest and i dont want to be destroying my freshly painted parts in the process

I started with assembling all the electrical parts. I zip-tied the harness to the frame and hooked everything up. Then I put my steering stem on, put the bars on and attached all the stuff that goes on the bars. Then dropped the motor in with exhaust, carburetor etc. When everything was "set", I added the plastics and seat, then the suspension.

I would complete the motor and install next to last. It will be easier installing the other parts of the frame without fighting the extra weight of the motor. Complete frame, install complete motor, add fenders, tank , seat in that order.

ok thanks hopefully following that order will make the process easier. about how long does it take to reassemble the whole thing working non stop? just curious. it took 2 hours to tear down but i doubt it will go back together that fast

Lots of little things that should be done. Grease or antiseize on bolts where they go through sleeves on a arms and swinger, axle hubs, sprocket and brake hubs, loctite. Did you add a grease zerk to the rear carrier?

I didn't add a grease zero because I can't get the sprocket off to get the axle out of the carrier so could I still drill and tap a hole with the axle in there and not have too many shavings in there. Should I put them in the swing arm bearings or does that not work?

Top center of the carrier works fine. Dip your drill bit in axle grease before you drill. Clean it off a couple of times and re dip. The grease will catch and hold most of the shavings. .
