Merry Christmas everyone!! I have only one question and some info. Since I am goning to rebuild my motor(Vitos .040 weisco kit) I have decided to due one more item. I already have the following new items: bolt & nut set, Rebuilt rear axle, Mikuni flat slide carb(nit new), rear hydraulic brakes . crankcase seals, sprockets & chain, ITP rear & front wheels & tires, 4" spacers on rear includes both and 2" spacers on front. I am having the entire frame and all accesories also painted, tether kill switch, toggle controlled on/off switch, headlight and probally some items not mentioned. I feel like I need to do something with the rear shock. I need to raise the rear some maybe 2-3 inches. Shocks are expensive. I would like a firm shock also. Any suggestions?

well you can try a banshee shock dont know how much stiffer they are but they should lift the rear end. i know a 250r shock does but thats softer

400 ex or z400. shee shock is too short.

blaster rear suspension sux. i've always hated it....they shoulda built a linked setup like all the 250's....the blaster should have also been a WC 250 with hydro brakes IMO. sorry for the rant...

those are your best bet. 250r shock is a softer setup...
