Rear caliper rebuild??

Has anybody have any info on rebuilding the caliper on the cable rear brakes??? The flat washer bearing deal went out so i need to replace it an i have one on the way. Not trying to convert to hydros just trying to stop.

Appriciate it. I need to know how to break down the mechinism inside the caliper, i cant find anything so ill try to make a step by step on how to rebuild the mech.

Have you downloaded the service manual? It gives a decent step by step guide, as well as tolerances for wear. It can be found as the first sticky thread under general support.

Do you have iBooks on your phone? I have the service manual on my iPad and just downloaded the manual on my iPhone too.
