rear cable adjust with hydraulic piston

how the heck to I properly adjust the rear brake cable for the parking brake.... the hydraulic brakes work just fine but I cannot figure out the bolt on the back with the cable.... ive had the inner springs apart and everything moves freely, but I cannot seem to figure the proper way to do it. wither its too tight no not grabbing at all... its the same brake caliper as on a 350 warrior or one of the 03-06 blasters. just tell me the correct process to adjust the cable parking brake from the handle bar adjustment to the caliper
