RC cars

schweet! hows the blasty take it? lmao

lol It's just a 2x3 frame with 4 pieces of 3/4 schedule 40 pvc pipe under the rubber roofing I used for the top.I used what was kicking around.May not hold my blasty but my 3 year old thinks it's a slide and holds him well.lol

I've been thru all sorts of RC's, lol. Started with a T-Maxx, sold that to get a truggy that i made a chassis for, then got a CEN buggy, then a matching CEN truggy (got the rtr then got the FRE later on), then i built a CEN based 1/8 nitro corr truck (kick ass truck to drive, lol). Sold everything then started anew for the indoor carpet season with a brushless RC18T FT and now have an HPI Blitz ESE on the way.

Dual, i envy ur hobby room lol

i have a nitro buggy xtm xt2 with the xtm457 big block motor and ive had a couple tmaxx's with the 3.3 motors and the tmaxx in the pic is my bro-n-laws, he jacked it up and now i'll be fixing it

One nitro is enough for me.

The t-maxx's are nice.I have ran a few.I run t-max rims on my raminator for instant wheelies.

Never really got into RC cars seriously. However, I have had my fair share of RC planes. I had an awesome 33% Sbach 342, but I sold it to pay for loans. All I have now is a smaller plane kit that I am finishing up. Should be a fun little flyer though. Not sure if I will keep it or sell it though with college loan repayments.

I used to have a Team Losi XXX-NT that I swapped a Trinity Sirio Outlaw .25 (i believe) motor into. Had all the graphite suspension parts, high speed throttle servo, high torque steering servo, the works. used 30% nitro fuel in it and it was pretty sweet. But after I blew it up i sold it because i couldnt afford it anymore lol. [this was when i was like 13~14]

I don't have an R/C room quite as nice as dually's... but I do have bunches of RC toys and while most are electric, I also have a few nitro toys.

I have 5 planes; 4 brushless lipo powered and one nitro

A great planes Micro Whizz with a Himax outrunner and a thunder power 1300MAH 3s1p Lipo (which I trade between the MW, the Cap, and the reno racer)

A hobbyking Cap 232 with a Himax gear drive and the 1300MAH pack

A custom built 64mm EDF jet (jetcat style) running a brushless inrunner, blade trimmed (to three blades instead of 6) and a 1800 MAH 3s1p thunder power lipo.

and a HET r/c reno racer recovered in mostly white instead of the checker board running a speed 400 himax brushless 2000Kv inrunner, a 6x3 master airscrew propeller, a castle creations pheonix 25 (with a handmade heatsink to deal with the heat inside that little nose cone) and the 1800 MAH thunder power lipo. It was the speed demon of the group capable of over 100mph in a very shallow dive but a stall speed of about 30mph! It was SO fast that I decided to pull the motor and install it in something different which leads us to...

A handmade unlimited hydro. I installed the 2000 Kv speed 400 motor in a balsa boat with a 22" length and 9" beam (like a 1:12 scale)with the hull based off of a model of the '79 Pay 'n Pak. I built all of the hardware by hand and the motor is too fast for the hull design, it's a still water hydro only... at about 40 mph the slightest ripple in the water will cause a blowover...

I also built a tunnel cat using a K&B 3.5cc outboard which is about 30" long and 10" wide and runs ~ 20mph.

I have a CEN 4WD 1:10 car with the mercedes GTR body (factory) and a ford GT40 body (by me)

I have a traxxas e-rustler (with all the crappy traxxas parts replaced on it) running Reedy racing GP 3300 MAH matched cells and a venom 9T touring motor (not as much power as the vileneon brushless system but still a good kick in the pants for a rustler) and 1:10 monster truck tires instead of those silly spikey stadium truck tires.

I also have a E-flite Blade CP pro heli which I'm running the Uh aluminum head and plasti-blades on. I'm still not very good at flying it... I can hover and fly it around the yard and do some basic acrobatic maneuvers but I can't do the real tricks... I just don't have enough time to practice. I'm too busy working on my blaster!
