rattling like noise from engine

130 should be fine. Are you sure the noise is comming from the motor? Does it go away at higher rpms?

the motor is just loud like a diesal i dunno if that just the way it sounds of if something is wrong with it

Mine made a clicking kinda noise, I tested psi, was also about 130. I didn't think to much of it. Now I am in the shop wrenching not riding. Everyone said mine was also piston slap. Whatever it was it's now costing time and money. If something is not right take the time to find out what and why.

when you have piston slap it puts a lot of stress on other parts.

would it be worth it to put a new piston and stuff in i have no clue how much riding is on them

also my head is alread bored over.020 should i go up one more size and get it bored

check play in all moving parts of the crank when rebuilding top end, you may find that it wasn't just the piston pin. I had a strange knocking noise turned out to be the crank pin bearings where gone, no other damage other than a gouge in the case from the rod.

k took the top of the head off wow i can move the piston back and forth in the cylinder head lol rings must be gone has soem scores in the cylinder and can i just rering it or do i have to get it bored it ran good before i took the head off prob was bout to blow up lol

take the head off check the head gasket could be leaking alittle

depends how bad your scoring/scratches are. You could get by possibly with re ringing it but you will need a hone job. pull your jug all the way and check to see if you have other issues like rod bearing play(up and down) and to see how bad your piston really is. You might be better off just rebuilding the top end.
