when i start my bike up is has a little louder then normal rattle but it only lasts 2 to 3 seconds what could cause this

it only happens once in a while at a cold start up,,and only lasts max 4 seconds then it sounds normal again
ahh i had a rattle on my bike to find out it was my skid plate but since it lasts real quick u should be fine
Your muffler bearings are starting to go out. No really it could be anything that is just a little loose. Just give your bike a good go over.
its comming from the topend...buy why only 3 or so seconds.....and the compression was check about a month ago at 120 psi...ill check it again tomorrow and see what its at....
its more of a knock from the top end its last 3 seconds or less and some time doesnt do it at all...wierd.....still rips tho...who knows
