race gas or not with .30 shaved off head

wonder what the equivilant would b on a blaster carb i had a 330 in it today and i pulled the plug damn thing was glowing it was so hot idk what the deal is

clamp on filter
.40over
.30 off the head
fmf fatty headpipe
powercore 2 exhaust

and ported and polished

could it b running to hot cause to much fuel ?? im not fouling any plugs i pull them and they r white

the fuel is what actually cools the cylinder down, thats odd that ur running a 330 main and the plug is white, how does it run? have u cleaned the carb lately?

like a quad thats running hot not all there

alright i just tried a 300 reguardless of what the plugs look like it runs good but sounds likes it breaking up a little bit

i was running race gas i mine and i was having such a hard time jetting kept leaning and leaning still ran crappy switched to 93 and runs pretty good actualy had to bump the main up from a 145 to a 150 its a tiny spec on the rich side but better safe than sorry and to blasterfreak what carb are you running cause we are running the same mains but im still seem to be having an issue with the pilot im running a 48 and it seems that it runs ok withe the air screw at about 1 1/8 to 1 turn out just curious about you running a 45

if your plug is white your runnng to lean better recheck things before your doing a rebuild
