Hey guys I notice around my kick starter it's like darker than the clutch cover and is most Likely leaking a little bit this is the kick start seal right ? And can I replace it with out taking the clutch cover off ? Thanks ! :)

You shouldn't have to remove the clutch cover. You'll have too remove the kicker. Pop the old seal out, and install the new one. Put it back and re-tourque it to 47ft/lbs if I remember correctly. Search on here or look in the downloadable manual for that Tourque number for sure.

When you do install the new one, wrap a piece of tape over the splines on the Kicker shaft, so you don't cut or mess up the new seal. I use a small piece of electrical tape.

I also lube up my seals with PC-03 seal grease and put a little blue locktite on the outside of them.

Good Luck!

Yup, just like dirtysquared said.
If you have trouble removing the seal, what I have done in the past is run a drywall screw into the face of the seal and yank it out with vice grips.

holy ruthless, look who it is :)
where ya been man ?
