Below are my current carb & associated settings. The bike is currently starving for fuel and will not idle without the choke. Seems like I would need a bigger pilot jet (35?). Any comments on the current setup?

1) what carb do you have??? Stock
2) What type of aftermarket exhaust do you have? Stock
3) What type of airfilter do you have? K&N
4) What kind of air box set up do you have?? Lid on
5) What size pilot jets are you using? 32.5
6) What size main jets are you using? 230
7) Needle position? #4

IMO.....very few motors need anything bigger on the pilot than the stock 32.5

hows the float settings, and are the petcock screens and float valve, clean and flowing good

Got in the carb and everything looked fine. Adjusted the throttle cable to get read of some slack and that seems to have fixed it. The blasty is screaming fast again :D:D:D

You can also check out the the needle by putting it on the 3rd clip.....could actually be rich and you can't tell. Turn the mixture screw on the side of the carb in to richen the mixture, out to lean it.
