here is my problem. i have a 2000 yfs 200 with a 40 over kit i just bought. the kid i bought it from was running a 50:1 mix a really bad air filter and no top on the air box and a 13 tooth drive sprocket don't know the rear sprocket size off hand. he also said the carb was jetted. well it was running good not much low end with me on it i am a big guy so i changed the drive sprocket to a 12 tooth it felt much better for me. now i was concerned with the engine life with it running a 50:1 and the bad air filter and no top on the air box so i bought a new filter air box cover and changed the fuel mix to 32:1 and put in a new plug. now it feels like i have no top end until i hit 4th gear. low and mid seams ok but it feels like it runs out of power at full throttle and almost throws me over the bars lol. what do i need to do to correct this. i read through a lot of posts on adjusting the carb but not sure if thats my problem. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

thank you.

I would have left the box top off (thats just me) alot of blaster guys do it big diff in power.
If the carb truly is jetted then you may wanna pull the top back of because it will throw the jetting way off and make it run Rich. As far as the 12 t sprocket i am 235 lbs. and 6' and i am actually gunna go from a 13T to a 14T because it has plenty of low end,i have a +3 swinger and can still wheelie with no clutch into 3rd gear.
32:1 is typical,so i would pull the box top of and try that.
You may also pull the carb off and see what jets it has.
