Michigan is passing a law where you can ride on secondary roads in some northern counties. There are rules of course, but it just goes to show what can be done if enough riders ban together, and pursue a common goal. I know this does not help you there, but maybe there is some leniency in your neck of the woods however like Blasterfreek30 said
