how the hell do you go about putting the rings on ur piston...i got one but i cant get the other...i already messed up on one of them...thank god i have an extra set laying around...so before i mess up those is there a secret ta doing this???

put the bottom one on first make sure u have the side of the ring with the groove facing up then line up the opening of the ring with the little pin that's inside the piston groove then do the same for the top
yeah thats pretty much all there is to it. make sure you line the opening up with the pin in the groove
There will be a number on the ring ie; N50, that has to be up...put one end of the ring into the groove against the pin, then working your way around the crown of the piston walk the rest of the ring into the groove. I like to pre-oil the ring grooves with the same 2stroke oil that will be run. Hope that helps.
I put my piston and rings in and didn't know about the numbers on the rings.. What will happen if there wrong? It runs fine
