hello all lol im in project welding in 4th term and i was planning on doing a yfz front end an an lt 250 r frame with an 8* rake etc and also planing on makin sum a arms for the blaster and a tig welded chromoly long travel rear end, and prolly the lat small things would be some bars i would do something like flex and i would make basically a mouning bar that come up into a hinge sort of thin that doesnt mowe up only down and it would be placed so the max amount of down force would be put on rubber bushings so i would prolly have a better design that flex because i love geometry but hate algebra, but the point of this is to get more ideas from u guys like what you would like to see mad, i have acess to basically any basic metal tool i need and also a plasma table and a lathe so give me some wild ideas that involve welding, no nerf bars plz loli already have those and would only make them for my hybrid im buildin up,

i was gonna but a full frame is too much work and the chromoly isnt that much lighter, it is stronger per square inch but its not really worth all the money and time put in i could just modify the stock one to accept yfz arms and make long travel arms to fit and build the front ebd with a better design
i could do that but i would like to keep it simple lol im planin on doin the yfz on a 250 and i need room for a huge radiator lol
well from what i have heard on other forums there is someone on quadracerhq that modiefies lt250r to fit yfz a arms so if you want some help on that you can check there.

im a member there lol and i already talked to ice racer and i was planin on puttin a ported zilla motor in it
