Shut the forum down due to spammers. There is not a problem with our
customer service if those that think they have a problem would just let us
know.

There have been some issues that we will I not take care of due to the
inability of others to take responsibility for their mistakes. I do not
know of any company that will replace products that have been damaged to
the inexperience of the buyer.

y would they expect ever person that buys something of there to be experienced?? thats pretty gay....almost as gay as an old member on here that was recently banned
 
i know ive heard nothing but bad things about them/him. what the exact circumstances are only the people involved really know, but its enough to make me not risk my hard earned money with them.

So, if you purchase a piston and you do not jet the engine correctly, who is responsible for the damage? The guy that sold you the piston right? Try asking Wiseco to replace it due to your incompetence. I'm sure that they'll send one right out.

I think that the main reason this is an issue is because of a sprocket that didnt work. I am in now way trying to start a fight, he was just wondering about that.

Every time I have called PB the customer service has been great. I have also emailed, and got a email back within minutes.

I have yet to order from them so I have no experience first hand with their products.

What you do not realize is that the one that started this topic has nothing to do with this problem.

I have asked that 89custom ship the sprocket back months ago and he has yet to do that.
 
I know he has nothing to do with it. I am just saying that this whole sprocket thing is always brought up on this forum. I am guessing he was just curious why you would not fix the problem.

If you have ask 89 to send the sprocket back, that's great. Did you offer to pay the return shipping? I think one thing that is holding him back is the fact that it may end up costing he more than it is worth to get another sprocket that may or may not work.

Don't think that I am bashing PB. I am not. I want to order some plastics and other stuff from them very soon.

I will make good on the shipping to him once I see that the item in question is defective. He knows this, we have been in contact over the last few days.

Call it bad service or whatever, but that is the way that businesses have to be run. Show me a problem, then, I will fix it.
 
Pitboss. I am in no way saying that you or your company provides bad service. It is the perception that other members have made of your company. I have said it before and I will say it again, I will order from PB.
 
Bottom line is it is not the first time I have heard a complaint about them.YB200 post all you want on this matter,I myself like to hear about these transactions so I never make the mistake of doing business with these companys.
 
All of this is plain B.S. to me. All businesses have troubles, all of them have someone that says they suck, and all of em have someone that say they are great. It's bout how you approach a situation,how you deal with it,how cooperative you are.And sometimes you jsut call customer service and the ahole that answered is an employee that doesnt give a sh*t and doesnt care if you are satisfied or not.
 
I dont see what the Company did that was so wrong. There will always be mix ups with the best companys in the world. Also on customer service, its 2009 and customer service sucks about everywhere.
