ok so i got the nology profire coil and plug im looking at the best place to mount the coil so i just notched out the where the old coil went and ill just drill holes to mount it does that does good? plus they sent me a 23 inch long plug so i was thinking about cutting the wire or should i send it back so see if they will send a shorter wire?

yes thats exactly how i mounted mine, i wish ihad a pic of it. i did have to bend it to the side some once i got it on there to clear the carb. just cut the wire...

well i looked at the cable and even if i cut it its still way to long this sh*t sucks i just wana get my blasty running i wana see how much of difference the parts make i havent been able to ride it yet. as soon as i get the ign on and working slickerthanyou is going to try and help me tune my carb and if that dont work i already ordered the stuff to convet the old carb from tors

put out more fire.... LOL

Spark plugs do NOT like to fire wet. If you're running a super rich fuel mixture (like methanol or E85 fueled engines require) the liquid inside the cylinder can cause the spark plug to misfire by letting the spark travel down the insulator and ground out without firing off the mixture. A higher voltage spark will be more likely to cross the spark plug gap and keep the engine running.
