I am finding it hard to gear up and down on my blaster as the gears are not smooth. It now requires more force to change gears on my blaster when compared to my friends blasters. What could i do to make my gears smooth again, back to the point were i can effortlesly change gears.

Thats usually a sign, you need knew clutch fibers or try adjusting the clutch.

To adjust the clutch.

you have to remove the right side cover. this means removing the gear shifter and the right side foot ped to be able to pull the cover off.

in the center of the clutch, you will see a small nut and a flat head in the middle of the screw. you have to loosen the nut and turn in to adjust and then re-tighten.

This may help, but you likely need new fibers. around $30 dollars give or take.

Do you know when the last time they were changed if ever ? what year you have ?

Sometimes, you can also try adjusting the clutch cable.

Also check your oil level and when is the last time you changed the oil ?

You mean remove the brake lever and footpeg.. I:I

If the clutch isn't letting go completely it does make it harder to change gears. N yes u may be low in oil or you do need n oil change u should change the oil after no more then 40 hours of ride time but I really beat on mine so I change mine ever 15-20 hours to be safe, but that's also because I don't ride all that often right now so it just sits a lot. Its also possible that either ur shift drum is going bad or u may have worn gears. Change the oil n see if that helps
