problem starting.

my blasty sat for about a year in the garage. shes put back together just like before minus the tors. i decided i wasnt gonna go for a rebuilt/build. I need to sell her :/. (getting cme for my camaro I:I
i can pour fuel into the cylinder and get it to idle for about 15-20 seconds. if any throttle is applies it starts to die. i cleaned the carb out, made sure it wasnt gummed up. i dont know what to do now. any ideas?
and i tried to edit the thread title, but it wont let me. lol it should probably be more like problem staying running

is the tors completely disconnected...the brain under the hood ????
is the fuel fresh ???
was the carb cleaned ??
check the reeds for boken/chipped/cracked
clogged pipe/silencer ??? (mice nests, finally found one for myself this year)
fresh plug ...b8es
try those and report back
