is buying a used pro circuit 304 silencer worth 40$ ??

If it's in good shape I don't see why, especially if your replacing the stock one for a better sound and cleaner look. Is that the one on eBay right now?

Ya it's the one eBay right now and I currently have an fmf on it buts it's kinda beat up and I wanna go with a pro circuit head pipe too

Good price if the flange was there. Make sure it comes with it. The flange alone is 75 bucks.
