I've seen lots of people asking how to private message, and I also have no idea how to. Just thought someone could help us newbies out.

you need ...... 3 days as a member, make 3 posts (comments) and get likes from 3 other members (you got one for this post and need 2 other members to do so also) and that gets you to an "established member" status and it's benefits.
after you get established, click on anyone's user name anywhere on the forum and the popup box will have "start conversation" as an option to message them
sorry it has to be that way, but if you saw how many spammer posts I have to delete every day you'd understand, without those requirements they'd be spamming our inboxes too with every keto diet, fitness supplements, and boner pills
