prices of parts??

so this is what has been done:
cylinder and crank send to england
cylnder bored .50 over
crank split and balanced
new conrod
new piston .50 over
full bearing set
full gasket set
piston rings
doing labour myself
parts with shipping the whole lot is costing me 400euro!!:O :O
am i being total ripped off with this price?????

im not sure how 400euro is in US dollars so i cant really say if its fair or not..
But in US $$

bore-50-60$
piston kit-106$
seals/bearings-100$
gaskets-40$
crank-170$

so thats about 476$ in US..give or take.
