hy guys i was just wondering if i hurts the motor to pressure wash it right after your done riding?? will the instant cold water hurt the jug or anythin??

I dought its good on it i have done it but i try to let it cool off or let hit it with a light mist tell it cools off a lil then go at it.

Not a smart idea to instantly cool any metal. At least let it cool down some if you are desperate to get the crud off.

i try to be really genlte to my basty lol. i dont want anything to happen to it. one time it scared me bc i ws riding and i hit a decent size puddle and i just heard the motor sizzling and smoke poured from it

what type of pipe is on your blaster? i think it looks awsome how it comes out the right side instead of wraps around the frame

Its called a right bend pipe Its made by lrd but they dont make this exact pipe any more but they do make a very similar pipe like f7 or dynoport look em up heard very very good things about them both.

i just checke some out at dynoport.com but they didnt have any pics available. but they are pricey lol

Yeah pipes get pretty pricey i bought mine used since they dont even make lrd anymore. But if you search around for awhile you can find a nice used f7 even check your local craigslist or ebay. Toomey i have heard is really good. But is not a right bend

The odd puddle should not cause problems, its not a great idea to cool any engine unevenly such as with a hose or pressure washer.

As in warm up, allows metals to expand evenly, cool down should be done evenly as well. Uneven expansion/contraction places undue stress on components.

thats what ive been told. but it wasnt a bad deal when i got it. when i gt my blasty it didnt have an exhaust and i found this full dg exhaust for 70 bucks so i got it. but the one think i do like about it is how loud it is.

yea i know all noise and no go lol. but it gets me by for now. =] and i stand at least 2 to 3 feet back when i do pressure wash it. buy i do get up close when it comes time to pressure wash the rear end bc i dont want water getting down in the exhaust and to the motor since it doesnt have valves to keep water out of the cylinder you know

what do you guys think would be the best next investment. an exhaust, a 30mm carb, extended swinger, or an extended axle?
