Need alittle help, I have a fresh motor, rebuilt carb with a 250 main, airbox lid off, dg exhaust. I am running 22" out back with a 13 tooth front sprocket and
stock on the back.

My bike pulls hard through 3rd gear then just seems to flatten out, still gains
speed but just don't feel like it's pulling like it should.

Any ideas?

what he said, and maybe double check your jetting. you may be a little rich. but with those big tires its not going to pull real hard in the upper gears

I'm going to put 20" on her, but do you think changing the reeds would help?
I did a plug chop and it looks spot on so jetting is good. I had 18" on it and
that was just to low, plus I had no ground clearnce.

The 20's will help with acceleration. The bigger the tire is, the more power it is going to absorb. Also, when the majority of the rotating mass is moved farther away from the center of rotation (the center of the axle) the more energy is going to be needed to turn it.

Update after reading my post I relize that I did put a 12 tooth front spocket
on, so with the tall 22" I should be pulling a little better on top end,

So with that said could it be something else?
