Powder coating jug/head?

yea man go for it! it wont dissipate heat like its supposed to tho. other than that its fine, if you dont ride for really long rides or in extreme heat do it just keep an eye on the jug temp. my 2 cents

There is special paints made for use on radiators. It dissipates heat better than regular paints and works well on aluminum. I've seen it for up to 300 degree's, so it should stand up to the heat a head and cylinder sees.

I've heard recently that jug and head temps have been above the 300 mark , Not sure if it's good enough for the jug and head , Most of the time the rated temps are on the can now , so if anything go to the local auto parts house and check out what they have . maybe look online before you go so you can have a heads up !
