Al.
I have an aggressive trail ported cylinder I bought used,it is on my Blaster now with the stock head..The thing really rips compared to the stock cylinder, its a noticeable difference.. My question is would it be a noticeable difference at this point to have the head modded? Am I only getting part of the ported cylinder gains I should with this stock head?

Thanks, you guys are always a ton of help..

Oh, a rechambered head is an improvement basically for any engine (even a stock ported engine).

Where the rechambered head REALLY shines on a ported cylinder is that the porting generally loses torque (CCR drops dramatically if the exhaust port is raised much!) but the rechambered head really gets it back for you.

If it's in your budget, it's definitely worth the money!

Oh Yeah! Yes to both questions and 2x what James said.
It will fill in your power throughout the powerband, top and bottom,
whereas the ported cylinder is only an RPM improvement.
