porting tools

What are some good porting tools or kits for the blaster or the tools you use?? I have done porting on my hpi baja and rc motors helped a hell of lot

To answer ur question..i would think a dremel with fine grinding bits used to metal. Ive never done it,so that is just a guess man.

I use the dremel for rc and that. but I think a Mini air Die Grinder would work batter

yea it would if ya got one or have acess to one,it will work faster,dremel does the same thing just takes a lil longer.

Pretty much the only equipment the pros use comes from CC Specialty. CC SPECIALTY TOOLS motorcycle porting tools automobile cars cylinder heads abrasives carbide cutters burrs grinders motors fast cutting If you want to do any work in the transfer ports you will need these tools and they ain't cheap

thats the one I have the 2MC HEAVY DUTY HANDPIECE my dad did 350 heads and 454 and 302 fords for people

You'll want the #1mc handpiece for the transfer work, as well as several right and left hand carbide bits and mounted stones.
